6th solo is a nother nice one from Keith Murray - Keith Murray, the lyrical Lexicon, returns just 10 months since his last album, with his 6th solo. Of the 5 albums of his I own (I don t have Enigma), 1 I d give 3.5 stars, and the other 4 I d give 4 stars (3 being real close to 4.5 stars, this being one of them). After his 199 album, he went quiet (did some time in jail and put out an average album in 2002, then he returned with a tight album in 2007 (my favorite of his), and then this one in 08. Though short with only 12 songs, of the 12, 2 are almost classic, 3 are ok, and the other 7 are good, with a few being real good. Guests are a little heavy, on 8 of the 12 songs. Production is nice as well, and handled by the usual producers who do Siccness albums. Batkave does 6 songs, Jaz does 5, and Cricet does 1. A nice album to have forma great lyrical veteran.#1 - 8#2 - 8#3 - 7.5#4 - 7.5 (f/ Tommy Redding)#5 - 9.5 (f/ Smigg Dirtee & Rachel Evans -- deep song over a tight beat)#6 - 6#7 - 8 (f/ S5 & Jaz)#8 - 9 (f/ Smigg Dirtee -- nice beat)#9 - 8 (Smoking song)#10 - 9.5 (f/ Jaz -- tight beat)#11 - 8.5 (f/ Layzie Bone, Bizzy Bone & Tommy Redding)#12 - 9 (f/ S5 -- nice beat)Check all my reviews
